7.15 - 8.15AM Slow Flow - Yogasara
Gently wake up the body in this nourishing Monday morning practice. In this practice we will both connect breath to movement and find stillness in asana, to find openness and strength within the body. This practice will encourage you to really connect with your body and will explore subtler energies within the physical body. This class also incorporates other yoga practices such as pranayama and mantra.
In light of the wildfires currently ravaging Australia, for a limited time through January and February all income from this class will go towards WIRES - An Australian based charity providing vital support to wildlife.
How to Book
All classes can be booked directly through the studios or on MoveGB or ClassPass. Alternatively, you can just drop in.
Beth offers private and small-group sessions for those who feel they want to focus on a particular area with dedicated guidance, or those who feel unable to come to a public class. Beth offers these at a reasonable rate, most evenings and weekends. Beth can come to the comfort of your own home (for women only) and provides mats and props, or can come to a gym or other public location.
