Ajna means the third eye in Sanskrit. The third eye is the centre of your intuition - the bridge between the mind, the body, and the higher self.
Ajna Yoga was created by Beth Gregory. Beth is a yoga teacher based in Bristol, UK. Beth is passionate about sharing the teachings of yoga and all yoga has to offer with her local community. Yoga can help us reconnect with our bodies, find peace and stillness within our minds, and tap into our higher selves.
For Beth, Yoga means peace, stillness, and expansion. It also means unification. When we can unify through the beautiful practices which yoga brings, we can begin to heal our relationships with ourselves, with one another, and with the world around us.
